The right to participate in the campaign is automatically canceled in the situation in which a person provides false, incorrect or inadequate information in completing personal data.
In order to participate in the campaign, the participants must access the website www.maxinovafurnature.ro, to buy two armchairs on the set: on their purchase, automatically receiving a special discount.
Section 4. Personal data protection
All participants are guaranteed the rights in accordance with law 677/2001 for the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, respectively the right to information, the right to data, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right to not be subject to an individual decision and the right to face justice. The organizer will use the personal data provided by the participants to register in the campaign exclusively in order to announce and identify the winners.
