House UnifaMilia – 250 sqm Bucharest

October 13, 2025

The series of articles “our work” continues. Today we chose to introduce you to the house of a family of Bucharest, a young couple with two girls. The owners wanted their home of 250 square meters on 2 levels to be modern and elegant, with some classic notes. But let’s see what came out!

The house is very well divided into areas, divided quite traditionally – on the ground floor we find the living area of the living room, kitchen, dining room and a health group; Upstairs we find the rest area with the double bedroom with seasoning and private bathroom, the girls’ room with a bedroom and a games room, to which is added a bathroom. In the penthouse I created a hobby area – it is a secondary cuisine in which they meet and enjoy the generous terrace they have on the top floor

The house benefits from a generous and very well compartmentalized space, but also large glass surfaces and special brightness, so we chose to use these things, highlighting the different areas.

The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, an area that enjoys a special brightness and a very generous glass surface; So we had to integrate it very well on the ground floor and be considered a unitary concept. In the kitchen area I chose profiles profiles for an elegant extra note, a special scheme and some metal elements and coupled accents to give a warmer note to the disposition.

In order to separate some cooking from the rest of the ground floor, we chose to create a bar area for breakfast.

The living room and dining room are oriented to the garden and have a special brightness. In the dining area we chose to make a mix between modern and classic elements. So I opted for a meal with a wooden work surface, more industrial and metal courses. The stain of the ground on the ground floor is given by the sofa in a special color, a turquoise. As a plot I chose velvet for addition elegance and comfort.

In the health group on the ground floor we chose white, black and gray hexagonal cards, which I put on the wall and on the floor, in combination with a yellow sunny shade.

Because any successful agreement has a continuity even if the areas are different and in this case the area dedicated to rest (the floor) is a natural continuation of the ground floor.

The double bedroom is also designed in the same elegant note that I approached Pater. I chose a padded bed, a background of the Moroccan motif and devices for the background. I highlighted the entire space using metal and colors.

The girls’ room had to be special because they were going from an apartment to a house and then they had to be found in this room. We chose to decorate it in pale pink tones without crowding the space, creating a more welcoming atmosphere through materials and plots.

A unique element in this provision is the epoxy resin with which the bathrooms have been transformed into surprising spaces. For the girls of the girls I chose the treated floor with an epoxy resin of a powder pink that I highlighted by joining some beige plates of natural beige. In the double bathroom I chose the floor treated with turquoise epoxy resin, a mosaic with a Moroccan motif, tones of white pearls and turquoise.

The arrangement of the house lasted some, and the resulting furniture is a modern and elegant, harmonious and functional furniture, which will surely resist the time. I hoped they inspired your ideas from this agreement!
