Each apartment is different and has its own specificity, whether we refer to the size, compartmentalization or needs of the owners. And this is a real challenge for any architect. In this case, our team was in charge of organizing a 3 -room apartment in the center of Bucharest for a young and passionate couple. The owners wanted as many storage spaces as possible, but without visually loading the space. In addition, the two wanted a current and modern interior with a neutral color. After two months of agreements, the result was a bright and organized apartment, a decorative.
Living -ul
Although a small space of size, the living room has satisfied the needs of the relaxation area of the owners and the dining room. The area where the TV was located was treated as a compact, with many storage spaces and few open spaces. I kept the simple furniture line and I didn’t load visually. I added a generous sofa and an armchair, both in beige shades. For added color and dynamism, the chromatic range is completed by the emerald green of the curtain. The elegant note of the living room is given by the glass table, located right in front of the sofa.
To the living room is added the dining room, located right in front of the glass wall that separates the kitchen from the rest of the room. I added here a white table of 6 people and chairs in shades of beige and emerald green.
The bedroom
The bedroom was designed as a space for rest but also that work area. The bed with leather upholstery and minimalist white bedside tables underline the modern design of the room. We have chosen to use geometric elements: the decorative plating of the wall complies with the prince of the carpet and completes the decorative edges made of profiles on one of the main walls. The work area is represented by a white office, in simple lines and a current and modern chair with checkered coating. To visually enlarge the space, we chose to wear an entire wall with a mirror and the color used in the arrangement of the bedroom is white and beige shades. The color of Accident-Blue-I used it for one of the walls.
Dold -ul
The second bedroom has been transformed into seasoning. I opted for the lockers as much as the surface of the walls, with doors decorated with mirrors to visually enlarge the space. Here I also included a make -up table with a photo -gain chair and a sofa bed. The color used is white and beige with yellow accents.
Food
The separation of the living room and dining room of the kitchen was performed through a glass wall, which contributed to visually increase the space. To have continuity in design, I chose white cuisine: furniture with simple design, without visible handles. Being a small space for efficiency, we structured the furniture on two levels and we opted for the built appliances.
room
In the room I created storage spaces both above the entrance door and on the side wall. I also chose the green chromatic and emerald chromatic to make it connected with the living room.
Bathrooms
For the two bathrooms we created storage spaces and we opted for furniture in simple lines, in beige shades, one of the bathrooms with a color accent – yellow.
A modern apartment, in classic lines and in the contemporary environment: these are the words that describe the arrangement of this house. The general state of design is an order and simple furniture, clean lines and neutral colors offer a sophisticated atmosphere to the entire space.
